Holidays 2024: Important ordering and shipping/pick-up information
Yay! The holidays are just around the corner; a wonderful time full of fun, delicious food and presents! 🎁 This also means that the busiest time of the year has arrived again. So order your presents on time! 👌🏻
On this page you will find important order and shipping/pick-up information for this festive period. Very handy! 😊
Why you should order on time
Orders will be handed over to PostNL within 1 business day. During busy periods this can take up to 3 business days, because I run Cuteness.nl alone.
Around the holidays, PostNL may need more time to deliver your order due to the large number of packages. Please take this into account and order your gifts on time. This way, you won't have any stress and can enjoy the holidays!
Important dates for Saint Nicholas and Christmas
In the Netherlands, PostNL usually delivers the next day. However, due to the large number of packages, it may take a little longer. Follow the dates below to ensure that your gifts arrive on time:

Last shipping day 2024
Thursday, December 19th, is the last shipping day of this year. There will be a shipping pause from December 20th through January 1st, 2025.
Last collection day 2024
Tuesday, December 17th, is the last day you can place an order for pick-up. Place an order for pick-up no later than December 17th, 12:00 noon. Then you can still pick it up on Wednesday, December 18th. After that, pick-up will not be possible again until the new year.
The shop remains open and you can still order! As a thank you for your patience, you will receive a discount on your purchases during the shipping pause.
- Ordered before Thursday, December 19, 12:00 noon = shipped on Thursday, December 19.
- Ordered after Thursday, December 19, 12:00 noon = shipped from Thursday, January 2, 2025 on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Ordered before Tuesday, December 17, 12:00 noon = pick up on Wednesday, December 18 between 10:00 and 12:00 noon.
- Ordered after Tuesday, December 17, 12:00 noon = pick up from Friday, January 3, 2025 between 10:00 and 12:00 noon.
