Why you should order on time
Orders are handed over to PostNL within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In practice, I often ship on the same day or the next day, but since I run Cuteness.nl on my own, I cannot guarantee this.
During the holidays, PostNL may take longer to deliver your order due to the high volume of packages. Please keep this in mind and make sure to order your gifts on time. This way, you won’t have any stress and can fully enjoy the holiday season!
Important dates for Saint Nicholas and Christmas
In the Netherlands, PostNL usually delivers the next day. However, due to the the high volume of packages, it may take a little longer. Follow the dates below to ensure that your gifts arrive on time:

Last shipping day 2024
Thursday, December 19th, is the last shipping day of this year. There will be a shipping break from December 20th through January 1st, 2025.
The shop remains open and you can still order! As a thank you for your patience, you will receive a discount on your purchases during this shipping break.
- Ordered before Thursday, December 19th, 12:00 noon = shipped on Thursday, December 19th.
- Ordered after Thursday, December 19, 12:00 noon = shipped from Thursday, January 2, 2025 on a first-come, first-served basis.
