Article 1 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every distance contract concluded between Cuteness.nl and the buyer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these General terms and conditions will be made available to the buyer.

Article 2 - Products

The products on this website are displayed as completely as possible by means of accurate descriptions and detailed photos. However, the color of the product, due to screen settings, may differ slightly from the color in the photos.

Article 3 - Prices

All product prices are including VAT, excluding shipping costs and are subject to price changes. Typographical errors reserved.

Article 4 – Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address of the order. An overview of shipping costs per country can be viewed here.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment for the order must be made immediately upon placing the order, or via a payment method such as Klarna, where the payment is immediately approved and the order becomes final. If the customer chooses Klarna, the payment will be processed afterwards according to Klarna's terms and conditions, but the order is final from the moment of approval of the payment via Klarna.

Article 6 - Powerlessness

In case of inability, the buyer will be informed immediately. Payments made can be reclaimed immediately, after which the payment will be returned to the buyer immediately for 100%.

Article 7 - Shipment and transport risk

The order will be shipped within 1 business day. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances this can take up to 3 business days. A different term applies to pre-orders. A different term can also be agreed upon in mutual consultation. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address details. We are not liable for orders that are lost during shipping due to incorrectly provided address details. As soon as the order has been shipped, the buyer will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

Should the buyer wish to cancel the purchase, the buyer can return the order within 14 days, without giving any reason. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the order. During the cooling-off period, the buyer must handle the products and associated packaging with care. These products must be resellable after returning.

If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase, the buyer can inform us of this by sending an e-mail to info@cuteness.nl with the subject “Right of cancellation”. In the e-mail, the buyer must state the following information: order number, product description, name and address details.

The shipping costs for returns are for the buyer, unless otherwise agreed. The buyer is responsible for theft or loss during transport. After receipt of the return shipment, the amount already paid will be credited within 2 working days. Return shipments with insufficient postage will be refused by us and will then be returned to the buyer.

Article 9 - Complaints and/or comments

If there are any complaints and/or comments, the buyer can make this known by emailing us at info@cuteness.nl. The complaints and/or comments will be handled in mutual consultation.
