At Cuteness.nl, you can order kawaii goodies with fast and secure shipping via PostNL within the Netherlands.

International shipping is currently unavailable. Due to new European packaging regulations (PPWR), shipping to other EU countries will be paused as of August 11, 2026.

📦 Processing Time

I will ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods or unexpected circumstances, this may extend to a maximum of 4 business days.

🔎 Track & Trace

As soon as your order is packed, you will receive a track & trace code via email; please also check your spam folder if you don't see the email. You can track your package once it has been scanned by PostNL.

🛒 Minimum order value

The minimum order value at Cuteness.nl is €10, excluding shipping costs.

🚚 Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95.

🎁 Free shipping on orders over €75,-.

PostNL typically delivers packages within the Netherlands within 1 to 2 business days after your order has been shipped.

📬 Not Home or Not Picked Up

Not home for delivery? PostNL will take your package to a nearby pickup point.

You have 7 days to collect the package there.
📦 Not collected? It will be returned to me. You then have two options:

❌ Cancel order → you will receive a refund of the purchase amount, minus shipping costs.
🔄 Resend → this is possible, but you will pay shipping costs again.
