At Cuteness.nl, I ship your kawaii goodies safely and quickly with PostNL, to countries within the EU.
📦 Processing time
Your order will be packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, this may take up to 4 business days.
🔎 Track & trace
Once your order has been packed, you will receive a track & trace code by email; please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. You can track your parcel once it has been scanned by PostNL.
After your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be delivered by your local postal service.
🌍 Shipping costs & transit time
The table below shows the estimated transit time — that’s the time it takes PostNL to ship your package from the Netherlands to your country.
The total delivery time = processing time + transit time + local delivery handling.

🇪🇺 No customs fees within the EU
I only ship within the European Union. This means no customs duties or import charges apply; there are no additional import fees on top of your order.
📬 Missed delivery or not collected
Not home when your parcel is delivered? PostNL will take it to the nearest pickup point.
You’ll have 7 days to collect it.
📦 Not collected? The parcel will be returned to me. In that case:
- ❌ Want to cancel? You’ll be refunded, minus the original shipping cost.
- 🔄 Want it shipped again? That’s possible, but you’ll need to pay the shipping cost again.
🏠 Pickup no longer available
As of April 8, 2025, it’s no longer possible to collect orders in person.
Cuteness.nl is an online shop only — I don’t have a physical store or set hours for pickups.
To keep things clear and efficient, I only offer EU-wide shipping. Thanks so much for understanding! 💖
