Returns

You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The reflection period of 14 days starts on the day after receipt of your order. During this cooling-off period, I expect you to handle the products and the associated packaging with care. These products must be able to be sold again after returning.

How does it work?

If you want to return (part of) your order, you can report this by sending an email to info@cuteness.nl with the subject "Right of dissolution". In the e-mail you state the following information: order number, product description (if you do not want to return everything), your name and address details.

I will process the return request and, on working days, will respond by email within 24 hours. You can then take action based on my response. You then have 14 days to return (part of) your order.

So you have 14 days to register (part of) your order for return and then you have another 14 days to return it.

Conditions

• The shipping costs for the return are for you, unless we have agreed otherwise.
• The responsibility in case of theft or loss during return lies with you.
• Returns that are not sufficiently stamped will be refused by me and will then be returned to you.
• The products must be in good condition and be able to be sold again. If this is not the case, the damage to the product(s) will be passed on to you.
• If you return the entire order, the shipping costs paid with the order will be refunded.
• If you return part of the order, only the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded.
• After receipt of the return shipment, in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days, in the same way as you paid.
