Your order will be packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, this may take up to 4 business days.

As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email with your track & trace code.
You can follow your parcel once it has been scanned by PostNL.

📬 Missed delivery or not collected
Not home when your parcel is delivered? PostNL will take it to the nearest pickup point.
You’ll have 7 days to collect it.
📦 Not collected? The parcel will be returned to me. In that case:
- ❌ Want to cancel? You’ll be refunded, minus the original shipping cost.
- 🔄 Want it shipped again? That’s possible, but you’ll need to pay the shipping cost again.
🏠 Pickup no longer available
As of April 8, 2025, it’s no longer possible to collect orders in person.
Cuteness.nl is an online shop only — I don’t have a physical store or set hours for pickups.
To keep things clear and efficient, I only offer EU-wide shipping. Thanks so much for understanding! 💖
