Payment

On Cuteness.nl you can pay via the following methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort, PayPal and Credit Card. All payment methods are completely secure and all payment methods are free.

Please note that available payment methods may change depending on your region.

Orders

The best way to change your order is to contact us by replying to your order confirmation. Or by sending a message via Whatsapp or a text message to: +31 641793339.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, I cannot make any changes.

Have you placed a regular order and have you not yet received an email from me that it has been shipped? Then you can of course add something to your order.

Place a new order and use the following code: combine. You don't have to pay shipping costs for the new order. I will send your orders together in one package.

This method applies to regular orders.

This is not allowed, because pre-order products are delivered later (weeks to months).

It is impossible for me to properly keep track of combined orders. To avoid errors, I keep pre-order products and stock products separate.

Shipping

Orders are processed in order of receipt.

Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 working days and handed over to PostNL. Once this has happened, you will receive an email with the track & trace code, with which you can follow the order status on PostNL's tracking page. It is recommended that you download the PostNL app on your phone.

This is not possible. I use one flat rate for shipping costs. Whether you order for € 1.00 or € 100.00, the shipping costs are fixed. You can read more about it here.

It's actually very simple. Every order has to be shipped and that costs money. I prefer to keep my prices fair and ask for a contribution to the shipping costs with every order, rather than offering free shipping and having to pass this on in the prices of the products.

You can track your package with the track & trace information of your order. If it turns out that your package is taking too long to arrive or is not delivered to you, please contact me as soon as possible by sending a reply to your order confirmation. I will then find out for you where your package has gone.

Fortunately, this rarely happens, but it can happen. What you can do is take photos of the product and/or the problem and contact me via a reply to your order confirmation.

Returns

You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The reflection period of 14 days starts on the day after receipt of your order. Click here for all information about returns.

Once your return has been received in good order, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. Payment providers usually take 5 to 7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account. It can go faster, but if you take into account that it takes up to 5 to 7 working days, it can only be better than expected.

Only original and licensed products are available on Cuteness.nl. You will find absolutely no counterfeit products here!

Pre-orders

I started offering pre-orders, because customers often missed out when new collections came online on Cuteness.nl.

Another reason is that I do not always purchase everything that is available for the Cuteness.nl stock. By offering pre-orders you can secure your favorite products. You can then be sure that you will receive your favorites, even if I do not purchase them for the shop.
