Returns

You have the legal right to return (part of) your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day after your order has been delivered. During this period, I kindly ask you to handle the products and their packaging with care.

How does it work?

If you would like to return (part of) your order, please use the return form at the bottom of this page.

Once I receive your request, I will review it and send you further return instructions by email.

Conditions

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
• Products must be returned in good condition.
• If products show damage, signs of use, or loss in value, a reduction may be applied to the refund amount.
