Shipping and pick-up
On this page you will find all information about sending or pick-up of your order.
🚨 Shipping breeak: Orders placed after February 12, 12:00 will be shipped from February 25.
Normally, orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days, but due to my spring break, any orders placed after February 12, 12:00 will be shipped starting February 25.
Order pickups will be available again starting February 26.
Shipping of your order
Shipping: Your order will be shipped within 1 business day. During busy periods, this can take up to 3 business days. Pre-orders have a different delivery time, as indicated with the order.
Track & trace: As soon as your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. Your package will be delivered to PostNL the same day.
Shipping costs and transit time
The times below indicate the estimated transit time of your package. This is not the full delivery time, but the time it takes for your package to travel from the Netherlands to your country.
Please note that the total delivery time also depends on the local postal services in your country.

Pick up packages at a PostNL location
Not at home upon delivery:
If PostNL was unable to deliver your package to you or your neighbors, it will be sent to a PostNL location closest to you. You will then have 7 days to collect the package. If you do not do this, it will be returned to the sender and there are 2 options:
- If you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
- Would you like to have the order sent again? That is of course possible, but then you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
Pick-up of your order
Cuteness.nl is a webshop, there is no physical store or showroom, but you can pick-up your order for free. This is only possible - by appointment - on business days between 10:00 and 12:00.
Here's how it works:
- Select “Pick-up by appointment” at checkout.
- I will send you an email to schedule a pick-up appointment once your order is ready.
- Pick-up is only possible on business days between 10:00 and 12:00, by strict appointment. Only come by at the agreed time.
- Upon arrival: You don't need to ring the doorbell; you can simply walk in. Feel free to take a seat in the hallway. At the agreed time, I will bring you your order.
Important:
- It is not possible to pay upon pick-up. All payments must be made in advance via the webshop. I do not work with cash.
- Again, there is no store or showroom. No pick-up without an appointment. I also cannot show or sell additional products when picking up your order.
