Returns

You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14-day cooling-off period begins on the day after you receive your order. During this cooling-off period, I expect you to handle the products and their packaging with care. These products must be resellable after being returned.

How does it work?

If you wish to return (part of) your order, you can do so by sending an email to info@cuteness.nl with the subject line "Right of Withdrawal." In the email, please include the following information: order number, product description (if you don't want to return everything), your name, and address.

I will process your return request and, on business days, respond by email within 48 hours. You can then take action based on my response. You then have 14 days to return (part of) your order.

So you have 14 days to register (part of) your order for return and then you have another 14 days to return it.

Please note! Returns should logically be sent to the return address listed above. Parcels sent to a pickup or service point cannot be collected and will automatically be returned to sender.

Terms and Conditions

• The shipping costs for returns are at your expense, unless I have agreed otherwise with you in advance.
• You are responsible for any loss or theft during return shipping. Returns with insufficient or no postage will be refused and automatically returned to sender.
• The products must be in good condition and resalable. If not, you may be charged for any damage or depreciation.
• If you return the entire order, you will also receive a refund for the shipping costs you paid.
• If you only return part of your order, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned products. Please note that if the remaining order amount falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund amount.
• After receiving the returned item in good condition, I will refund the purchase amount within 2 working days using the same payment method you used.
• Returns must always be sent to my return address. Packages sent to a pickup or service point cannot be collected by me and will therefore automatically be returned to sender.
