Why you should order on time
Orders are handed over to PostNL within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods, this can take up to 4 business days, as I run Cuteness.nl on my own.
Around the holidays, PostNL may need more time to deliver your order due to the busy schedule. Keep this in mind and order your gifts on time. This way, you'll have no stress and can fully enjoy the holidays!
Important dates for Saint Nicholas and Christmas
In the Netherlands, PostNL usually delivers the next day. However, due to peak demand, it may take a little longer. Follow the dates below to ensure your gifts arrive on time:

Wednesday, December 17, is the last shipping day of the year. There will be a shipping break from December 18 through January 2, 2026.
- Ordered before Wednesday, December 17, 11:00 AM = shipped on Wednesday, December 17.
- Ordered after Wednesday, December 17, 11:00 AM = shipped from Monday, January 5, 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis.
