Pre-orders work differently than before, and may be confusing. In this blog post, I'll briefly explain how pre-orders work from now on.
Tip not to miss anything
October 4, 2021. Facebook and Instagram were offline due to a global outage. It was talked about everywhere on social media, except on Facebook and Instagram.
I remember putting new collections online that night, but couldn't shout it from the rooftops on Facebook and Instagram.
The only way to know there were new goodies at the time was if you were (coincidentally) here on the site or as a member of the Happy Mail.
After I had sent the 'Happy Mail' newsletter, there was immediately a lot of shopping and a number of kawaii goodies were sold out super fast. Really crazy fast!
Of course you understand that customers who only follow me on social media were bummed about this. That's why I always shout: If you don't want to miss anything, sign up for the Happy Mail. Really and truly. This way you are not dependent on social media.
