On this page you will find all information about the shipment of your order.
Shipping of your order
Shipping: Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods, this can take up to 3 business days. Pre-orders have a different delivery time, as indicated with the order.
Track & trace: As soon as your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. Your package will be delivered to PostNL the same day.
Shipping costs and transit time
As of March 11, 2025, some shipping rates have been adjusted: some have increased, others have decreased, and many have remained the same. Additionally, free shipping is now available for orders over a certain amount. These changes are not applied retroactively.
The times below indicate the estimated transit time of your package. This is not the full delivery time, but the time it takes for your package to travel from the Netherlands to your country.
Please note that the total delivery time also depends on the local postal services in your country.

Pick up packages at a PostNL location
Not at home upon delivery:
If PostNL was unable to deliver your package to you or your neighbors, it will be sent to a PostNL location closest to you. You will then have 7 days to collect the package. If you do not do this, it will be returned to the sender and there are 2 options:
- If you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
- Would you like to have the order sent again? That is of course possible, but then you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
Pick-up of your order (no longer available)
Cuteness.nl is a webshop, there is no physical store or showroom.
Please note: As of April 8, 2025, local pick-up is no longer available.
It is no longer possible to pick up your order in person. I work flexibly, so pick-up would only be possible by appointment. Unfortunately, this often led to confusion. That’s why I now only offer shipping within the EU. Thank you for your understanding!
