Pre-orders & coming soon – new method

The Makeup Rilakkuma goodies went live yesterday on the Coming soon-page and are proving incredibly popular. Some plushies and makeup pouches even sold out quickly.

I received a lot of questions about this, so I will briefly explain below how pre-orders work from now on.

✅ How pre-orders work now

I'm only offering pre-orders (via the Coming soon-page) for goodies that:

• I have already ordered (so stock is limited)
• and are already on their way to the Netherlands

The expected delivery time is listed for each product, so you know exactly what to expect.

🚚 Why this has changed

I used to place one large order, including your pre-orders. Due to varying delivery times, I sometimes couldn't guarantee 100% delivery – and that doesn't feel right if you've already paid.

With this new method there is:

• more security for you
• less stress (for me 🤭)
• more transparency about what comes in

👀 Coming soon-page

I'm already posting collections I've ordered online on the Coming soon-page, even if it's still in transit. This way, you can see what's coming and pre-order your favorites if needed.

💡 Please note: sold out = sold out.
Unfortunately, reordering many of the coming soon goodies isn't possible, or only in very limited quantities. So, once they're gone, they're truly gone.

Of course, where possible, I will check with my supplier to see if I can get more, but I cannot guarantee that.
